MM Contract created the custom outdoor furniture for Re Versiliana, an accommodation venue located in Marina di Pietrasanta, in the heart of Versilia, just a few steps from the beach and the Versiliana Park.

The architectural project, designed by architect Matteo Pasquini, was born from the redevelopment of a hotel structure transformed into a contemporary hospitality venue with approximately 70 rooms, common spaces and outdoor areas designed to create a fluid, informal relationship between sea, nature and architecture.

The intervention is part of a concept that combines contemporary design, natural materials and a strong dialogue with the landscape of the Versilia pinewood.

For this project, MM Contract managed the production and delivery of furniture for all outdoor areas, developing outdoor solutions designed to ensure resistance, comfort and aesthetic consistency with the architectural language of the property.

Tables, seating and furnishing elements were manufactured with materials suitable for intensive use in seaside environments, ensuring durability and easy maintenance over time.

The intervention helped define the outdoor spaces as central areas of the guest experience, strengthening the contemporary identity of the project and confirming MM Contract’s ability to deliver custom contract furniture for hospitality venues in high-level tourist destinations.
