How much does it cost to furnish an office?
The cost depends on the floor area, number of workstations, selected products, quantity of bespoke furniture, finishes and whether partitions or complementary works are required.
Following the site survey, we prepare a detailed quotation broken down by products, areas and services.
How long does it take to furnish an office?
Timing depends on the size of the project, product availability, level of customisation and any preliminary works required. Once the project has been approved, we define a schedule covering orders, production, transport and installation.
Can you deliver a completely turnkey office?
Yes. We can manage space analysis, layout design, furniture selection, bespoke production, procurement, partitions, installation and complementary works, coordinating with any qualified professionals required for the project.
Are you official office furniture dealers?
Yes. MM Contract is an official dealer of Walco, Flycom, Compir and Arcarossa. We can select products from the different collections and integrate them with furniture manufactured in-house to bespoke specifications.
Does the quotation include technical data sheets and warranties?
Yes. Products are identified by brand, model, configuration, finish and quantity. We provide the available technical data sheets together with documentation relating to the warranties offered by the respective manufacturers.
Can you work from a project developed by our architect?
Yes. We work alongside architecture firms and interior designers on technical development, engineering of bespoke elements, selection of production solutions and final installation.
Do you also provide partitions and acoustic solutions?
We can integrate movable partitions, glazed walls, dividers, sound-absorbing panels and other systems required to organise the workplace and improve acoustic comfort, coordinating them with furniture and building services.
Do you also handle desk electrification and connectivity?
Yes. We can supply and install electrified desks complete with power sockets, USB ports, data modules, cable grommets, cable channels, cable trays and systems designed to keep connections organised, coordinating the equipment with the workstation layout.
The construction or modification of the building’s main electrical system is excluded. This includes wall chasing, new fixed electrical lines, work on the main electrical panel and building works, which must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
We can nevertheless coordinate directly with the appointed electrician to ensure that all electrical provisions and furniture are fully compatible.
