MM Contract created the custom contract furniture for Re Dama, an accommodation venue in Florence that combines the concept of a contemporary hostel with a hospitality space designed for international travellers and students.

The architectural project, designed by NAG Atelier, transformed a 1970s building into an essential and contemporary structure, defined by bright spaces, materials such as concrete and minimal surfaces, and an architectural language that enhances light and spatial permeability.

The property is conceived as a kind of “urban jungle”: an urban oasis where natural elements, stylistic contaminations and informal atmospheres coexist to create an alternative hospitality experience within the context of the Renaissance city.

Within this project, MM Contract handled the production of interior furniture and custom fit-out solutions, helping translate the design concept into functional, durable environments consistent with the contemporary identity of the property.

The intervention involved several shared spaces and rooms, with furniture designed to ensure comfort, durability and flexible use — essential qualities for a venue intended to welcome travellers, students and digital nomads.

MM Contract’s contract approach made it possible to integrate custom production and coordinated on-site installation, ensuring aesthetic continuity between the different areas and contributing to the creation of a welcoming, recognisable environment within Florence’s hospitality scene.
